Before ordering the Hi-Top Workbrutes, I checked out 4 or 5 other websites and similar products, but I liked the design and tread of the Workbrutes, because they were the best for my work boot needs. 

 

Your website was straight forward about your warranty and return policies and best of all---there was no "fine print" to wade through!

 

When the shipment arrived, I discovered that one Workbrute had a manufacturing defect.  After receiving my e-mail and digital pics, you promptly made arrangements to replace the defective boot, .

 

I appreciate your courtesy in allowing me to use the Workbrutes until the replacement was received.  Here in western Kentucky we had 10.55" of rain in October 2009.  The normal rainfall for OCT is 2.97". 

 

There is some apprehension about choosing a business to order from when searching online.  Finding rubberworkboots4u.com was a real win-win.
